This rug is 70+ years old, has medium wool piles and is in excellent condition for its age. The richly saturated deep navy field is adorned with a rhythmic series of stylized floral medallions, delicate blossoms, scrolling vines, and geometric botanical motifs, all rendered in a harmonious palette of soft salmon, ivory, turquoise, forest green, and warm earth tones.
